Arrigo Sacchi's training session at AC Milan. Defending in numerical inferiority (2 lines of 4 against 10 players). Back 4 movements & coordination. Pressing & offside trap. No wonder they were the best defensive team in the world (14 goals conceded in 30 games in 1987-88).
