Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has alleged that Zimbabwean businessman Wicknell Chivayo acted as a proxy for President William Ruto and helped hold and move large amounts of foreign currency on the President’s behalf. Speaking to clergy in Boston, Gachagua claimed that
