2/2, the main spring was collapsing causing the tire to rub the frame, no trailer brakes, unregistered trailer, improper plate, val tag expired on truck. Both vehicles marked as unfit. The owner than arrived and had his plates removed for having no insurance. @HaltonPolice ^MD
