NYC Mayor Mamdani seeks the release of the illegal shot by ICE. This illegal tried to ram them with a vehicle, that contained a minor child. The man ICE took into custody is Oscar Belgal, 28, from the Dominican Republic. In a speech during a news conference, Mamdani shared that
