TUNED TO THIS CLIP

Woke up with zero neck pain for the first time in years. ➤

this is how I have to sleep btw

Neck bites are a good way to wake up a dork. But squeezing them back to sleep is just as fun. Logan gets to enjoy them back to back whenever Dal gets bored. @MoreThreeDee worked really hard on this. Despite throwing in the towel, I believe his efforts are worth sharing. Thx M3D

lately I’ve been stretching before bed and I actually sleep so much better 🥱 good night~

I know that neck hurts

I woke up like this...

@Gee Suave Solos

Tried this after sitting at my desk for 10 hours and my neck/shoulders were screaming. Literally 8 seconds later the pain just… vanished. No fancy equipment. No expensive massage. Just a towel. If you carry tension in your upper traps or wake up with a stiff neck, stop

This scarf hack just fixed sleeping on planes forever 😉✈️🧣 Wrap it around the headrest = instant neck support. Every traveler needs this! 🔥
