The military chiefs of Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan met in Riyadh today, as the Mecca Alliance moves to strengthen coordination amid escalating fighting in Yemen and continued Houthi attacks on the kingdom, according to the Saudi Defense Ministry.
