Russia confirms the pneumonic plague is "100% Deadly" as the country begins lockdowns after lab leak. A 28 year-old lab worker at the anti-plague institute in Siberia died from contracting the plague. About 200 people have been quarantined and 5 hospitals are in "epidemic mode"
