1st phase of Bihar election is on 6th November. Yesterday, Modi-Nitish government gave a bribe of ₹10,000 to 10,00,000 women even though Model code of conduct is in place. And, ECI is letting this happen silently but CEC Gyanesh Kumar says that election is fair.
