A head from a Buddha statue has been discovered during excavation at the Kopeshwar Temple in Khidrapur, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The site is a Hindu temple of Shiva. It could be an evidence for the possible appropriation of an earlier Buddhist structure. Namo Buddhay. Jai Bhim💙
