Only in Kashmir! A three-wheeler entering the upper floors of a hospital spaces meant for patients, beds & emergencies. Then we complain about “world-class” healthcare. The problem isn’t always the hospital; sometimes it’s the mindset we bring into it. This is sheer nonsense.
