A Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) aircraft issued a radio challenge to a China Coast Guard (CCG) ship found loitering in waters off Occidental Mindoro on Sunday, September 27. The Chinese vessel was monitored 36 nautical miles northwest of Cabra Island in Lubang town. ABS-CBN News
