Anish Ray, son of West Bengal Chief Electoral Officer Neelam Meena, has alleged that his mother misused her power to harass the family of his friend Lavika. Anish said his mother, with the help of BJP Minister Umesh Rai, sent goons and BJP workers to threaten his friend's family.
