Wow. NC Hwy 12 at the Outer Banks is in rough shape this morning as that nor'easter cranks up off the coast. Waves crashing completely over the road, and looks like the pavement is damaged as well. There's no way out for places like Hatteras, Buxton, and Ocracoke at the moment.
