Hurricane Polo brought torrential downpours and lightning storms to multiple districts of Mexico on September 23. Mexico’s meteorological service has warned of torrential rains in parts of Michoacán and Guerrero, with downpours in Colima, Jalisco, Oaxaca, and Chiapas.
